Bill has been with Targetbase for 12 years. Prior to Targetbase, he was a research analyst at Whittle Communications, where he rose to marketing director for the company's Channel One News Network.



Current Focus
Every day, Bill and his team are tasked with finding hidden insights that provide that vital consumer connection. Stepping up to that challenge is what gives our clients an edge in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Targetbase, Kimberley served as creative director of Canada's largest agency, MacLaren McCann Direct and Interactive (now MacLaren MRM).

Kimberley taps into the data and analytics powerhouse at Targetbase, and uses those insights to make brand experiences personal and more relevant.

Prior to joining Targetbase in 2005, Eric spent time at several professional service companies including Rapp Collins and Arthur Andersen.

History
Mark Joined Targetbase in 2005 as Executive Vice President of Client Service, was promoted to President in 2008, then to CEO in 2010. Before joining Targetbase, he served as president of Canada's largest agency, MacLaren McCann Direct and Interactive (now MacLaren MRM). Mark's career also includes time with Wunderman Worldwide and Rapp Collins.



Current Focus
Mark is focused on delivering customer engagement solutions to clients.

Prior to joining Targetbase, Robin lived on the client-side in brand, direct marketing, and catalog industry roles.



Current Focus
Robin oversees our East Coast office and the client engagements based there. She is also the senior management sponsor of Targetbase's growing healthcare business. Robin ensures that our integrated services and talent are leveraged to improve clients' business results and to positively impact patients' lives.

Beth recently returned to Targetbase after serving as Senior Vice President/ Managing Director of imc2.

Beth sees that insight is pulled from customer knowledge and applied to solving business problems. She also ensures that our client solutions fully integrate the power of data-driven insights, engaging creative, and accessible, efficient technology.

History
Ed first joined Targetbase in 1989 as a database analyst and has over 12 years with the company working in analytic and technology roles. He recently returned to Targetbase from Merkle Inc., where he was Sr. Vice President of Technology Consulting and Solution Development. Ed's career also includes 8 years with Rapp Collins Worldwide.



Current Focus
Ed is all about driving profitable client marketing programs. He pools the strengths of his highly focused tech teams to build enabling technology foundations, which transform raw data into that golden business intelligence.

History
Before joining Targetbase in 2000, Genine was a Senior Vice President of HR, leading a national administration and communication center for a 14,000-employee health care agency. She has focused her career leading the development of large scale HR solutions for multiple industries. She is also a Professional Certified Coach recognized by the International Coach Federation.



Current Focus
Genine's current focus is to enable growth through building high performance teams of employees.

I am inspired by the moment an employee realizes their strengths and are energized to move forward.

History
For nearly 10 years, David has dedicated himself to making Targetbase a world-class direct, datatbase and digital marketing agency. Being described by Forrester as the "Agency of the Future" in 2006 and 2008 were two especially "proud parent" moments for him. David has logged more than 30 years of service as a leader of Omnicom agencies.



Current Focus
As Chairman of Targetbase, David is dedicated to being the best possible coach and mentor to our clients and our management team. He wants to continue refining the "Targetbase Way" of locating critical insights from all kinds of customer data, then leveraging those insights to change customer behavior.



Inspiration
"I love checking in with industry blogs and other conversations online and in print to stay up on things in the direct-to-consumer world. But I'm infinitely fascinated by the fact that what people are thinking, doing and consuming fuel constant change in the marketplace. I'm proud to say that I am an active consumer. You have to be frequent shopper to understand what's really going on in consumers' minds, and I definitely am."
