What?
Knowing
how to motivate customers, one by
one
This question
concerns itself with unlocking consumers’
behavioral motivation: What messaging
will address the needs and motivations
that drive consumer behavior and brand
choice within the product category?
Concept Development
and Testing–how to determine
the right message and offer to deliver
to a targeted audience
Targetbase utilizes
a variety of qualitative and quantitative
methods to develop and test messaging
and offer concepts. Through the rigorous
evaluation procedure, Targetbase helps
you make sure you are reaching the
right customers with the right offer.
Targetbase analysts work closely with
in-house creatives to blend the appropriate
mix of art and science.
Receiver Reaction–what did they see and recall?
A Receiver Reaction
is a research study designed primarily
to measure the impact of direct-to-consumer
marketing initiatives. The study can
also be used to understand the effects
of communication associated with DRTV,
sampling programs, newsletters, loyalty
programs, customer service calls and billing systems.
A Receiver Reaction
is used as an early indicator of program
performance, enabling mid-course correction
for a program in progress or redesign
of a periodic repeated program. As
such, the deliverable is a valuable
tool in the on-going development of
overall business and communication
strategy.
Creative Brief and
Budget–keeping your brand
message consistent across vendors
Targetbase is accustomed
to working in an environment of multiple
agencies serving the same brand from
different disciplines, and we are
so adept at this challenge that clients
often come to us to help them develop
a brief and budget for the creative
departments of their other agencies.
We are happy to
provide our insights and expertise,
as it helps our clients maintain the
integrity of the brand message by
building and gaining consensus on
customer strategy.
