Phone Interview
One of our People Solutions pros will interview you via phone to determine if your skills, experience and career goals are aligned with the open position.
On-Site Interview
You'll visit a Targetbase office location to meet with the competency lead or group director to whom you'll be reporting. You may meet with more than one person at a time or talk with several people over the course of a few hours. This usually helps us get a good feel for how you'll mesh with your potential team members.
Offer/Hire
You will initially receive an offer via phone, then a confirmation email and a letter confirming your position, title, salary, and start date.
Onboarding
Your first day is typically filled with orientation, such as getting set up with your workspace and computer. But if you're lucky, you might just get pulled into your first brainstorming meeting.
