How We Use Them
Our behavioral insights help prioritize marketing strategies, rank segments and channels, and determine call-to-action strategies. This lens shows us what consumer behavior is now and what we need it to be—and provides the insights needed to develop and prioritize marketing strategies and tactics.

Motivational Insights: Uncovering the Why

What It Is
Persona development to some. To us, it’s getting to the core of why consumers behave the way they do. How do they feel about your brand? Listening to them in the social space, asking them directly via research, or creating dialogue in community settings. A variety of methods are open to hear your consumer. We help you listen.

How We Use It
Our motivational insights help inspire our creative teams. Knowing what we want to accomplish in terms of behavior change, along with the richness of how consumers feel, allows us to create brand platforms, campaign concepts and clear consumer messages that drive results.
